We provide the opportunity to each associate dentist to contact us quickly and in various ways (call center, e-mail, viber and messenger, couriers) eliminating the distance and the intermediate time that was previously required to complete each project. Whatever method of restoration we choose according to the needs of each patient, we faithfully follow every relevant protocol from the receipt of a project until its final delivery.
In particular, since the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force in 2018, the personal data of each patient are stored and archived exclusively for the processing of each project and their best possible service in the future, if needed. Also, at Prosthetiki, all protection measures are strictly observed to safeguard the health of our patients and associates, including systematic sterilization of the tools and regular disinfection of the laboratory areas.
